Privacy
You can send a tip with no name, no email, and no phone. That is the default.
What we keep
Sending a tip emails it to our private inbox at [email protected]. The message includes the tip, the state, any city or county you gave, the topic tags, the time in UTC, and whether you asked to stay anonymous.
If you leave a name or callback while “Keep me anonymous” is on, those details are placed only in a private footer. They are not written as who the tip is from, and we do not set them as the reply address.
We do not put tips in a public database. We do not show them on this website. We do not require an account. We do not sell contact details.
Public records
This site is not a government office. If we pass a tip to an agency, a court, or a records file, that copy can become a public record under the rules of that office. In Florida, that can include Chapter 119.
When you choose anonymous, we do not put your name or callback on the from line. We still cannot promise a later public filing will never include something you wrote in the tip itself. Leave your name out of the tip text if you do not want it written down.
We don’t dox tipsters
We will not publish your name, email, phone, or the fact that you wrote to us. Do not put someone else’s private contact details in a tip unless you are reporting a public matter and those details are needed to look it up.
Files
This form does not take photo or PDF uploads. Email files to [email protected] and mention the city. Leave your name off that message if you want to stay anonymous.
Spam
The form uses a hidden field and a short limit on repeat sends from the same connection. That is only to cut spam. It is not an account.
